The Union Bluff Hotel is now hiring for a Front Office Manager Full Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. *This is a working FOM position, desk shifts will be required


The salary is $45,000, based on experience

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Manage all functions of the Front Office, including operations and staffing
  • Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
  • Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
  • Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
  • Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
  • Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
  • Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
  • Other duties as assigned
