Your day as a Girl Experience & Outdoor Adventure Specialist

As a Full Time Girl Experience & Outdoor Adventure Specialist at Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging outdoor adventure opportunities for girls from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Your creativity and passion for the outdoors will shine as you design memorable experiences that not only foster a love for nature but also nurture important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.

Through your guidance, girls will have the chance to explore the beauty of the natural world, conquer new challenges, and develop a sense of self-confidence that will stay with them for a lifetime.

To excel in the role of Full Time Girl Experience & Outdoor Adventure Specialist at Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, you will need a deep passion for the outdoors and hands-on experience in outdoor activities.

Your ability to work well with children is crucial, as you will be guiding and mentoring young girls in various outdoor pursuits.

A background in training and education will be beneficial in creating impactful and engaging programs.

Proficiency in activities such as archery, challenge courses, canoeing / kayaking, and backpacking is essential to provide a well-rounded outdoor experience for the girls.
