We are currently hiring a hybrid Placement Specialist in Kearney, NE. The geographic area this position serves is 26 counties in central Nebraska (some evenings and weekends will be required).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Attract new memberships into the Girl Scouts movement, explain the benefits of becoming a Girl Scout, and assist with purchases.
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a positive and supportive manner.
- Manage databases, prepare reports, and conduct background checks for volunteers.
- Assist with the selection and creation of Girl Scout troops and provide training for new troop co-leaders.
- Perform other related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 3 years customer engagement skills.
- Excellent written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills: Email, Web navigation, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management & project prioritization capabilities.
- Degree & Sales experience (preferred)
