We are looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage work orders, including scheduling, updating, invoicing pre-construction, and site walks. Our Account Coordinator will also help create and maintain an efficient office, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and excellent communication with customers and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate residential construction work orders: dispatching, scheduling, follow-up, change orders, detailed notes, and billing.
- Manage compliance documents, licenses, and certifications for MCS and 3rd party vendors
- Conduct cadenced touch bases with clients to review outstanding items, performance, and areas of improvement
- Ensure all billings for work orders are invoiced and billed as required
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable reports, executing audits and escalating issues as needed
- Responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly each day, including: phone systems, mail, office supplies, and occasional errands
- Maintain the office condition and arrange repairs as needed
- Coordinate with IT to ensure all necessary office equipment is ready for current and new employees
- Schedule meetings and provide general support to office visitors

Education and Experience:
Experience Preferred:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Construction Engineering preferred
