- Manage daily operations of the agency, including sales and service with an emphasis on implementation of processes and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive agency growth and meet sales targets
- Provide guidance standards for employees to implement excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a focus on retention
- Negotiate contracts with clients and insurance providers to ensure competitive offerings
- Monitor market trends and adjust agency strategies accordingly
*Requirements*
- Proven experience of 10 years in insurance sales and customer service within an insurance agency
- Strong knowledge of insurance market trends and regulations
- Exceptional sales administration skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and insurance providers
