Job Summary:
The Night Supervisor will work with existing Give Clean customers to supervise crews in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position will supervise the night shift which will require leadership and knowledge of our tools and teams required to complete the jobs in order to best service our customers. Effective communication skills with Account Manager and crew are critical to this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain Give Clean standards of cleanliness
- Maintain successful customer relationships
- Communication with Account Managers and crews
- Proactive customer service oriented to ensure client satisfaction
- Coach and train crews on proper procedures
3pm-11pm, Monday- Friday
Essential Job Functions:
1. Inspect buildings providing feedback and observations in each building and crew’s performance
2. Submit inspection details into proprietary software
3. Train crews and perform inspections as they are placed at a location
4. Provide necessary equipment and supplies for startups
5. Plan through upcoming shift to gather necessary materials from warehouse
6. Regularly lift and/or move supplies and equipment weighing up to 75lbs
7. Perform floor maintenance and restoration as needed to service the customer
8. Follow up on issues / results from previous shifts
9. Identify overlooked areas within a building and determine proper procedures to solve problem or develop action plan with account manager and cleaning crew.
Skills, Education and Experience Requirements:
SKILLS
- Ability to troubleshoot – think critically
- Work without direct supervision/ detailed lists
- Willingness to work in buildings all over city
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule
- Able to operate floor machines such as buffer/ scrubber/ carpet machines
- Experience in window cleaning and pressure washing
- Knowledge of chemicals and supplies for restorative care
- Works at an above average pace - not a clock in and be present position
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
- Ability and/or willingness to tow/ haul a trailer behind vehicle
- Verbal and written communication skills to communicate to all levels of staffing
Education Required- High School Diploma/GED. Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial cleaning with floor work included
- Reliable Transportation
- Bilingual Preferred
