Home Health Nurse - LPN or RN (rates will differentiate)

Giving Home Health Care is looking to hire an RN for one of our contract openings. This need is in Fort Collins, CO for 6 hours a week.The schedule is flexible and will be worked out between the nurse and the patient. Don’t want a long-term commitment? Pay Rates:

RN: $45 an hour

Requirements:

• Complete nursing assessment.
• Monitor for changes in patient condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease progression.
• Take vitals.
• Monitor GI intake and output.
• Provide education and training to patients, family, and home health aide.
• Medication management.
• Other duties are based on patient care plan.
• Must have the ability to care for individuals from basic medical management up to end of life care.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation required.

License/Certification:

• Compact or CO state RN License required.
• Work Location: Multiple locations.
