Giving Home Health Care is looking to hire an RN for one of our contract openings. This need is in Carlsbad, NM for 2, 4 hour visits a month. The schedule is flexible and will be worked out between the nurse and the patient.

Pay Rates:
RN: $50 an hour
LPN: $32 an hour
Requirements:
- Complete nursing assessment.
- Monitor for changes in patient condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease progression.
- Take vitals.
- Monitor GI intake and output.
- Provide education and training to patients, family, and home health aide.
- Medication management.
- Other duties are based on patient care plan.
- Must have the ability to care for individuals from basic medical management up to end of life care.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation required.

License/Certification:
- Compact or NM state RN or LPN License required.
- Work Location: Provide care in the patients home
