Job Summary
Operator will be responsible for prepping, assembling and finishing of acrylic passenger cabin windows. This is aunion-represented position.
Job Responsibilities
Will work with chemicals and resins in the manufacture of acrylic transparencies
Will use measuring tools, such as: Micometer, Scale and Calipers to ensure compliance to blueprint
Will comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions outline in manufacturing documentation
Will record and maintain accurate production records to ensure compliance
Must work well in a team environment.
Must be available to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds assisted.
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication, fluent and able read and write in English.
Familiarity with ASI.
Has experience working in an Aerospace Manufacturing Environment.
