We are hiring an Financial Analyst who can work on-site with one of our client located in the Stuart area.
This position is full time
Monday- Friday
8:00AM-5:00PM
$65,000-$75,000 with 10% bonus and all benefits
Summary about the hiring company
Our client is the largest and only national provider of beverage grade CO2 and draught beer gas solutions to the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry. The Financial Analyst-Operations will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Operations organization and facilitating the achievement of agreed upon performance objectives. The Financial Analyst-Operations will have a dual reporting relationship to the Operations and Finance organization with responsibilities and priorities jointly established.
The Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Provide monthly cost and performance leadership to operations organization
- Establish cost center reporting disciplines to track achievement of plans, targets, and forecasts for each cost center in Operations
- Assist the Operations team in the implementation of coordinated key performance indicators to include safety, cost, productivity, and quality factors
- Assist in identifying Operating Profit improvement opportunities throughout depot and distribution network
- Develop a consistent process for analysis of depot operating performance and communicating those to field on monthly basis
- Work alongside the senior finance team in the annual planning process including the department coordination of information to ensure all input data provided is received accurately and on time
- Support senior management team with research and analytics as requested
- Participate transparently with both operations and finance functions for the benefit of the entire organization
The selected candidate must: Financial Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 or more years of progressive financial reporting and analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills a must
- Experience in working with ERP and reporting tools like Tableau
