Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor and manage the company's liquidity
- Apply technical accounting principles to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus
- Assist with financial auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare journal entries to record financial transactions accurately
Skills:
- Proficient in general ledger reconciliation techniques
- Strong analytical skills for cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Ability to conduct financial analysis using various tools and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate account records
- Demonstrates financial acumen and the ability to provide valuable insights
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus
- Experience with financial auditing processes is preferred
- Proficient in preparing journal entries to record financial transactions accurately
