Have a diverse understanding of multiple roles within the plant in order to cover absences. Essential Functions
Effectively perform in key roles throughout the Gooding Cheese Plant and maintain quality and throughput standards
Maintain records and paperwork accurately
Fill in for operators as needed
Stay current with SOPs as equipment and process change
Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)

Ability to operate or ability to learn how to operate and how to effectively run all areas of the cheese plant
Desire to grow with the company
Ability to work unsupervised
Must be organized
Computer experience helpful
Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment
Excellent record required in safety, attendance, and punctuality
Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed
Ability to read and write instructions in English
Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals
