You will quickly become a key member of our team responsible for high quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass, both in our shop and at customer locations. Our training process commences day one under the guidance of an experienced auto glass professional. You will learn quickly, hands on, utilizing specialized tools and equipment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-moving environment, is focused on a rewarding career in a great trade and is eager to learn from polished professionals.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist with, then be responsible for repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures and safety requirements
  • Efficiently use materials and maintain stock on your vehicle
  • Properly keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good working order
  • Utilize tablet to access your schedule, complete invoices, accept payments, and update status
  • Be the smiling face of Glass Doctor, exemplifying our values and exuding the confidence of a true professional
Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated solid mechanical skills and comfort with hand tools
  • Prior experience in the auto glass or auto body industry is a plus but not required
  • Physical ability to lift and place heavy objects such as windshields
  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and personality
