Glass Force Inc. is looking for a Residential manager. Applicant will need to be VERY detail oriented. Good personal skills and construction knowledge. Experience as a GM or Divisional Manager is preferred. Office skills and blueprint experience required. Outside sales and meeting with customers and contractors will be required.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain confidentiality of company information/records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and
- technological advancements.
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to drive divisional
- growth.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Works to advance in Glass Force Inc. competency and skills program.
- Must actively work to acquire all required tools (see tools list).
- Other duties as required or assigned.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
- improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and
- development opportunities.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of residential glass installations,
- repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project
- timelines.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of materials to support project
- needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key residential clients and
- stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and
- professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and
- cross-selling.
- Develop and manage the division's budget, forecasting revenue and
- expenses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to
- achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and
- profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and
- technological advancements.
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to drive divisional

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
