Job Posting for Anticipated Preschool Classroom Aide at Glassboro Public School District
Glassboro Public Schools is currently seeking a Pre-K Classroom Aide for the J. Harvey Rodgers School for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Assist in the management and shaping of student behavior through the use of positive reinforcement strategies
- Monitor and Escort students to destinations in the building
- Assist students with all instructional and non-instructional tasks
- Support with toileting as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 60 Credit Hours and substitute certification or potential to obtain substitute certificate
- Preferred Experience Working within a School or demonstrable knowledge of effective education principles, practices, and trends
- High interpersonal relationship skills in dealing with fellow professionals, students, and parents
- Successful Completion of Fingerprinting and Criminal History Review Process
