This role is responsible for supporting go-to-market readiness activities and delivery of programs to the global sales and customer success organization (and other “close to revenue” groups as assigned).
What You'll Do:
- Drive the Revenue Enablement function and strategy for Glassdoor’s Go-To-Market team
- Develop and deliver Objectives and Key Results tied to Glassdoor’s strategy
- Assess and evaluate Revenue Enablement function for continuous improvement
- Become trusted partner and advisor with stakeholders including business leaders, peers, cross-functional and channel partners
- Develop, coach and inspire a team optimized for successful execution of strategy
- Manage Onboarding and Continuing Education program for Go-To-Market Team
- Direct the creation of synchronous and asynchronous learning content tied to product roadmap
- Be part of making the magic happen for our annual virtual and in-person Go-To-Market Events
- Optimize Usage of Technology Stack
- Further establish culture of learning and development
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum 10 years related-experience in job function and/or industry
- Proven leadership ability and agility
- Experience managing and leading remote teams in multiple time zones
- Customer-facing sales experience as an Account Manager
- Passion for creating a culture of excellence
- Strong grasp on both theory and application of adult learning and enablement methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with integrity in ambiguous situations
- Adaptability to change and agility in work planning
- A bias for action and accountability
