About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Sales Operations team focusing on Territory and Quotas for our Go-to-Market team. This individual will be integral in designing and executing on Glassdoor’s quota setting, quota management, sales process optimization and administration. This individual will be a core team member of the Sales Operations team.

Compensation: $77,900 - $146,200

  • Tier 1 encompasses the highest salary range for states where large metropolitan areas are located (ie: San Francisco, New York City, Washington DC, & etc)
  • Tier 2 encompasses salary ranges 15% less than those in Tier 1 for states with mid-sized cities (ie: Chicago, Dallas, Portland, etc) 
  • Tier 3 encompasses salary ranges 20% less than those in Tier 1 for states with  smaller 
  • cities (including our Ohio office, Nevada, etc)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop territory and quota setting methodology and ensure the company’s financial objectives are efficient for company success
  • Identify and implement standard methodologies and programs for territory management across Glassdoor’s Go-to-Market teams, cultivating a process of continuous improvement
  • Implement and refine Rules of Engagement and Territory policies to reflect Glassdoor’s sales culture and keep sales teams passionate about winning
  • SFDC maintenance and upkeep of ongoing territory coverage model
  • Utilizing data to influence downstream processes such as quota modeling, reporting, credits and Sales/CS compensation
  • Partners with broader Sales Operations team to manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Leads a change management process to build an organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models.
  • Works closely with Senior Leadership to define the performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.
  • Support the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 years of experience in an Operations role for Sales or Field Operations.
  • Experience with headcount planning, sales coverage models, quota management, and territory management.
  • Strong leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Excel skills, a proven understanding of Salesforce for reporting is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with experience leading timelines with cross-functional partners and communicating effectively to executives.
  • Creative, intellectually curious, and able to scale steep learning curves quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance.
  • Passionate about Glassdoor and have a whatever it takes attitude!
  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. MBA preferred.
