We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner recruiter to identify, source and close amazing Technical talent in a fast paced, high volume environment for our recruiting team. This is a temporary opportunity to jump in head-first and help open and grow our teams.
Compensation: $55.00-$60.00/ hr

What You'll Do:
- Review inbound applications for technical positions
- Source technical talent for open technical positions
- Conduct recruiter phone screens with candidates
- Manage all candidate outreach including the initial screen
- Schedule hiring manager interviews
- Networking and brand awareness
- Administrative tasks to support the talent acquisition team
What You'll Bring:
- An addition to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 3-5 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and motivated
- Ability to assess candidates for Technical positions
