Three dollars of every purchase goes to charity. Since 2001, $13 Million has been donated to varies charities around the world.
At glassybaby, every persons spirit is unique and gives off a light of it's own - just like each glassybaby. Each handblown glass votive is a work of art. As unique as the individual who chooses one, formed by eight hands and caringly crafted in the PNW, one of a kind - like you.
Full time schedule - multiple shifts offered, insurance benefits and PTO offered
Hourly Rate: $20-$30 depending on level of experience. We are primarily looking for EXPERIENCED glassblowers, but all are encouraged to apply.

Physically, a glassybaby is a colorful, handblown glass votive made by hand in our hotshops. We have hotshops in Downtown Seattle, Redmond, Washington, Madrona, Washington and Livingston, Montana.

Essential Functions:
- Glass blowing on the bench.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team on various project needs.
- Ability to operate equipment such as furnaces, blowpipes, baking kilns.
- Ability to continually bend, stoop, stand, sit, step up, reach and physically lift up to 25lbs throughout shift.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience as a glassblower OR interest in learning the craft
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to consistently work as scheduled within a cohort team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to details.
- Off-hand glass production skills highly valued.
- Adhere to PPE requirements
- Tolerate exposure to cold or heat, machinery such as furnaces and high levels of noise.
- physical requirements performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
