GlasTechs Technicians analyze and perform repairs and updates related to all clients’ Information Technology, including Computer systems, operating issues, and peripherals. They install, configure, and fix macOS and IOS, interact with users and guide them on queries and issues related to hardware and software. Our Professionals configure, install, and maintain GlasTechs’ clients’ computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices. Technicians partner with IT Help Desk and Network infrastructure teams, install, upgrade, and maintain equipment and their required infrastructure. They perform diagnostic tests to evaluate and isolate system problems and suggest suitable solutions. Technicians assess system configuration and software to use hardware resources effectively. GlasTechs Technicians thwart cyber-attacks and eliminate viruses utilizing various tools. They must monitor, trace, and document problems in a bid to resolve them promptly. Technicians must be efficient and effective at identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of technical issues. They also carry out data backups. Technicians must be able to configure and troubleshoot IOS and Android operating systems, script with PowerShell, be conversant with MS Office and Outlook, and possess O365 and Active Directory knowledge. Technicians support the launch of new applications, services, and tools within GlasTechs clients’ organizations. Our Technicians establish accounts and profiles of new users and handle their password issues. GlasTechs requires Technicians to log all client activities through a ticket tracking system, document incidents and their resolutions carefully and accurately, and follow a quality-control workflow. GlasTechs Technicians also oversee systems usage to ensure compliance with client organizations’ policies and procedures. Technicians should be prepared to travel to client locations whenever necessary.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
