In this role, you will Use advanced data analysis methods to improve quality, manufacturing, maintenance and logistics operations, improving efficiency and reducing waste. The DD&A Analyst will identify opportunities, propose projects, develop solutions and lead those solutions through modern/Agile best practices.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Analysis of disparate data sources (MES data, Process Data, Manufacturing Data) and creating solutions aligned with business goals.
Development of data visualization tools using Power BI or appropriate tool.
Development of automated bots using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate or appropriate tool.
Development of technical/business requirements partnering with local and global stakeholders.
Management of project delivery using Agile methods.
Automation of data extracts and intermediate transformations.
Identification of digital solutions for the site, including calculation of benefit delivery for senior stakeholders.
Management of technical change control projects.
Manage automated data extractions.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT field.
3 years of experience developing complex data models & visualizations.
3 years' experience with data transformation tools (i.e., SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, etc.).
3 years' experience with data visualization tools (i.e. - Power BI).
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience in a GxP regulated manufacturing environment including GMPs, validation, and data integrity.
Advanced knowledge of relational database i.e., SQL Server, Azure SQL)
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Networking and Information Technology hardware as they relate to data science.
Experience with programming languages
Proven track record of quantifiable business improvement initiatives.
Proven collaboration and leadership skills.
Experience with one or more of the following preferred: Azure data lakes and Azure SQL; Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence; MS Access, SAP data structures and extraction (in Manufacturing, Maintenance & Quality); robotic process automation (Power Automate or Automation Anywhere)
Basic understanding of the following: Cyber protection and data privacy concepts; automation and automated process control systems; wireless standards/protocols/technologies.
Experience with application design, testing and deployment, preferably in a GxP environment.
Experience working in manufacturing environments.

GSK's Zebulon site is a global supplier of Respiratory and Solid Dose medicines to patients around the globe and the largest GSK Pharmaceutical secondary manufacturing site in North America. The site is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Wendell, Knightdale, Rocky Mount and Wake Forest.
