Project Admin - Construction
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks to the Construction Site Manager and team.
- Performs data entry for utilization reports, schedule, shipping and inventory.
- Performs supply and equipment procurement duties, requesting quotes, obtaining shipping/freight fees, maintaining and tracking deliveries.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain office calendar and contacts; maintain organizational addresses and contact information
- Collaborate well in a team-oriented environment demonstrating a level of enthusiasm that motivates others.
- Work well with little or no supervision
- Self-motivated, ability to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task, solve problems and ensure absolute confidentiality regarding personal and corporate matters
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
