Full time position at residential complex

Looking for candidate who:

  • Have a reliable vehicle
  • Have a valid Iowa Driver's License
  • Are able to pass a background and sex offender check
  • Enjoy working on a team in a fast paced work environment.
  • Availability to address after-hours emergency situations in support of building personnel
  • Are able to act in a professional manner while working with our tenant clients.
  • Have a professional appearance
  • Are organized

  • Are honest & accountable both with themselves and to our Team.

Candidate must possess the required Maintenance & Carpentry Skills:

  • Have a working knowledge of carpentry, construction, painting, repair, & rehab. skills.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, & electrical a plus, including:
  • Hanging and finishing drywall
  • Installing doors
  • Painting
  • Light plumbing
  • Light electrical work
  • And solid troubleshooting skills * Performing routine repairs and maintenance to appliances, plumbing and electrical components and performing light carpentry and drywall repair.
  • Completing work orders and apartment turnovers
  • Completing necessary paper work and communicating with the management team as necessary
  • Maintaining supplies and inventory
  • Obtaining vendor bids for select and special tasks.
