What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll/HR Clerk position at Glenwood?

The Payroll/Human Resources Clerk will organize, maintain and complete all payroll and human resource records and paperwork. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong customer service skills and be a self-starter. Attention to detail is a must!
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Accurate inputting of facility payroll and keeping all payroll records in an orderly fashion.
- Keeping records and completing all Human Resources duties including employee files and associated paperwork, injury paperwork and follow-up, health and dental benefit paperwork and records, OSHA logs and information.
- Clerical support to Administrator and other facility administrative employees.
- Help answer phone and act as receptionist of facility.
Desired Experience and Education
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- One (1) year previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Some vocational training or college preferred.

Salary : $30,900 - $39,200
