Driver/Crew Member

Glick’s Exteriors is an Amish-owned company founded on values of hard work and positivity. We’re looking to recruit and train a Crew Member (Driver) to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and conscientious, with a responsible, team-player’s mindset. We’re looking for someone that loves being on the job site, likes to drive, and is willing to be trained in a wide range of on-site skills.

Crew Member (Driver):

As a full-time Crew Member (Driver), you’ll be trained in all of our products and be able to perform a wide variety of job site tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to pick up and deliver non-driving crew members to the job site.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Pick up crew members and deliver them to their job site
• Drive a pickup truck (company-provided) to and from the job site
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a reasonably clean driving history
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to coordinate pick-up and drop-off of job site workers
• Open-minded, with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will be beneficial in a variety of career paths
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
