- 3 years of Manufacturing and Quality experience within IT business processes or technologies
- Location: Onsite in Concord, NC
- Experience as an SAP EWM analyst or consultant
- Proven expertise in navigating complex landscapes (business, technology, regulatory, partners, providers, cultures)
- Strong ability to establish and leverage cross-functional relationships for innovative solutions
- Proficiency in understanding integration points with site processes, functions, and vendors
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Adaptable to changing environments and competing priorities
- Possess business, technical, and application knowledge valued by leadership
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with site process teams and fellow SAP EWM Analysts to strategize, develop, and support dock-to-dock operations and intralogistics
- Comprehend production environment dynamics, particularly Robotics, MES, and SAP EWM systems, to enhance operational stability and meet Next Generation technology objectives
- Lead ongoing site operational efforts and maximize SAP EWM system utilization by aligning it with production targets
- Work with MES, Automation, and Engineering specialists to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with site resources to implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Drive projects to meet business requirements and influence the global system roadmap
- Support EWM operational goals and proactively identify opportunities for delivering business value
- Identify and implement best practices across sites and functions
- Develop strong Quality and GMP capabilities to align with IDS processes and Global Quality Standards
- Collaborate effectively with peers and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across various organizations and IT platforms
- Utilize business knowledge and architectural standards to quantify business cases and drive value for IDS and site roadmaps
