- Understanding of data architecture and modeling practices, including:
- Entity-relationship diagrams
- Normalization and denormalization
- Abstraction and dimensional modeling
- Metadata modeling practices
- Expertise in Collibra DG and DQ
- Familiarity with Data Governance Practices such as:
- Business Glossary
- Data catalogs
- Source to target mappings
- Data Quality
- Advanced SQL knowledge, preferably with Oracle and Snowflake databases
- Exposure to governance tools, with Collibra being essential
- Preferred knowledge in the Financial/Asset Management domain
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Collibra, assisting teams in adopting Collibra for governance activities
- Champion and drive improvements in data management and governance practices
- Support the creation and implementation of processes and procedures to uphold data standards and control frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Business Glossary implementation
- Act as a subject matter expert on governance practices to assist data stewards in their daily activities
- Define and manage data catalogs
- Collect and interpret data, understanding the relationships between data elements
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
- Filter and clean data by establishing data quality rules
- Perform data profiling tasks.
