Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a project management role
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with effective prioritization and meeting deadlines on multiple projects
- Expertise in project management methodology and its practical application
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Creative, assertive, and capable of mentoring and coaching others
- Proficient in at least one project management scheduling tool
- Manage scope for 2 - 3 assigned projects, executing successful change management processes
- Provide project coordination services based on staffing and project size
- Document and complete all necessary project management deliverables
- Uphold project management standards, processes, and procedures in line with the project life cycle methodology
- Facilitate the procurement of required Hardware, Software, and Human resources for the project
- Manage project costs according to the project charter and/or development methodology.
