Overview
Reports to: Senior Vice President, IM Operations
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Work with all stakeholders, inside and outside the product team, to collaboratively develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Develop user stories, refine backlogs, and acts as the voice of the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent management and technology certifications
Experience/Skills: Ten years progressive experience in Information Technology in areas of application and infrastructure systems. Must have demonstrable understanding of project management, agile development, enterprise architecture and lifecycle management methodologies. Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills a must. Strong knowledge of Agile development methodology and product development. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and development skills. Must have strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and collaborative skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire all stakeholders using user-centered design principals. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation
Product Owner (Category 06)
Salary Pay Range: $91,210 - $155,919 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
