- Real world experience is a MUST
- No online classes driven experience.
- Customer is expert in this and will interview and check portfolio.
- Has to know design system
- Has to know reusable component library creation
- Has real experience on Figma files driven design system implementation
- Present and co-ordinate with business stakeholders so has to have clear communication skills
