The UK product team are integral to the Global Product Management team working closely with our Las Vegas Centre of Excellence (COE) to deliver regional objectives and support global gaming product strategy delivery. A key focus of the role will also involve working closely with multiple UK stakeholders including the Leadership Team, Sales, Marketing teams and Customers to help us to innovate and deliver exciting gaming experiences to hundreds of thousands of players every week. The Product Manager is accountable for the delivery of strategic improvements to our gaming products, platforms and customer propositions, supporting the Director of Product Management in building the UK strategy for Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs), Self-service Betting Terminals (SSBTs), Platforms and supporting software. The Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end product delivery starting with market analysis and ending with developed products that meet our customer’s needs and deliver revenue growth. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Execute UK product strategy delivery as outlined by the Director of Product Management Support management and delivery of monthly game releases and quarterly platform updates Manage and update product roadmaps and engage with key stakeholders including the global product management team, sales teams and customers Provide support with delivering product pricing and positioning strategies Work with the marketing team on product launches and marketing campaigns Support execution and planning of Sales Enablement meetings and actions Support Sales team on customer product presentation, planning, execution and delivery Support new product rollout and launches by acting as the subject matter expert for internal and customer teams whilst gathering feedback to drive future improvements and developments Champion the product vision, engage the wider business teams and encourage contribution to NPD Identify opportunities for improvement in both what we deliver and how we deliver it Knowledge, Skills & Experience We understand that everyone is different, and we judge each applicant on their individual skills and experience. Here are some examples of skills and experience that would be beneficial: Product management experience for multiple products – preferably across more than one industry Previous roles with responsibility for software products or equivalent experience desirable Strong multi-tasking skills including managing multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on output and delivery against plans Ability to manage meetings against a set agenda to ensure optimal outcome of actions and delivery in a timely manner Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with external teams Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision to deliver high quality work in a timely manner Strong project management skills – the role has accountability for ensuring that products are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed levels of quality Experience of taking products from concept through to delivery including commercial planning Experience of working in a B2B environment and of working with account teams and end customers Experience of working with external development teams –remote communication and management are important skills Formal Product Management qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential Gaming or Leisure product background advantageous but not essential Person Specification Part of the Product Manager’s role is to be an advocate for the product vision.
