Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead team program practices for children of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and skills in a safe and supportive environment
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their gymnastics abilities
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and maintaining a clean and organized training area
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's development
- Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices, competitions, and events

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching role
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
- Ability to adapt lessons to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Background in gymnastics or related sports such as dance, cheerleading, or acrobatics (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
