Education / Experience REQUIREMENTS:
-Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a field directly related to the position will substitute for two years of the required experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the digital accessibility of all Foundations of Medicine (FoM) instructional materials, to include OCR and document editing. This work involves receiving all instructional materials from instructors, block directors, and thread directors within the FoM curriculum, reviewing materials and converting to digital accessibility format where needed. Involves close collaboration with the Administrative Manager, UME Teaching Services, Program Technicians, UME Curriculum, and the Project Coordinator, UME Clinical Skills Labs. Includes identifying and implementing ways to convert materials from original formats, as needed.
This position will perform other duties related to digital accessibility of FoM instructional materials as deemed necessary. This will include collaborating with the Director, OHSU Office for Student Access and the UME Program Accommodation Liaison (PAL) in partnership with UME Teaching Services.
