We carry over 1.7M industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CFO with preparation and analysis of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, MD&A, and analysis
- Develop automated and streamlined reporting processes utilizing dashboards and other key KPIs
- Support preparation and review of key Public Company reporting processes including Quarterly Press Release, Earnings Script, 10-Q, and 10-Ks
- Manage annual budgeting process with key stakeholders across the organization
- Assisting functional leaders by building financial models and supporting ROI decisions on key business priorities
- Proactively identify key trends in the business and provide solutions to remedy open items.
Competencies and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related field
- 7 - 10 years of related experience
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence in interacting with C Suite Executives
- Self-motivated and able to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
