Global Open Wound Care is expanding! We are a mobile wound care clinic seeking a skilled, organized Accountant to join our team in Southlake TX.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounting records to ensure financial integrity.
- Ensure payroll is accurate and records are maintained.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to strategic financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams, providing financial information to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to record and manage financial transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Proven experience in accounting
- Expert in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
