Define and execute the information enablement (data governance) roadmap to ensure data and analytics initiatives successfully enable the creation of business value for the Human Resources organization and its stakeholders. Owns and maintains data governance plans for the organizations HRIS (Workday) and its associated modules, in alignment and partnership with the enterprise data governance function. Leads data cataloging initiatives in support of the data and analytics roadmap, including data asset valuation in partnership with Human Resources. Responsible for driving the data quality program in the scope of data and analytics for Human Resources including the Workday. Oversee analytics governance efforts in support of best practices for the implementation of data science based solutions (model risk management), in partnership with the Data Asset Management & Enablement team. Outline the long term information enablement roadmap and growth plan for HRIS Services. What Part Will You Play? Maintains Data and Analytics Platform information enablement and management processes and policies to ensure data integrity and common data standards. Assesses and identifies risks to ensure they are mitigated and accounted for within information enablement and management programs and processes. Manages and executes strategies that reduce data redundancy and increase the consistency and confidence of data used for decision making. Synthesizes research on emerging data and technology trends to influence and evolve the information enablement (data governance) roadmap. Identifies new opportunities pertaining to the use of information assets to achieve efficiency and effectiveness and create business value for the Human Resources organization and its stakeholders. Works with key cross company stakeholders to ensure that data quality requirements are defined, documented and translated into effective and consistent processes. Identifies gaps in adherence to data management standards and work with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Typically, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline Typically a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience with defining, implementing, and managing data governance programs. Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets. Knowledge of industry leading data quality management practices. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Typically, Masters in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline Knowledge and expertise working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) to include but not limited to Workday. Experience data cataloguing and data valuation techniques (infonomics). What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
