We are looking to hire someone for a commercial restoration assistant project manager / superintendent position. This position will report directly to project and general managers.
Applicant needs to be very experienced in the commercial restoration industry and with leading mitigation and remediation crews. We work extensively with projects that include damage due to water, fire, mold, natural disasters, and other issues.
In particular, we're looking for applicants who have extensive experience with the following items:

In particular, we're looking for applicants who have extensive experience with the following items:
- Emergency response and proper protocols.
- Water extraction.
- Setup and monitoring of equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc).
- Setup of containment.
- Taking detailed moisture readings, humidity levels, and mapping.
- Determining what building components need to be removed and performing those demolition tasks.
- Identifying and calling necessary vendors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Sufficient knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experience performing reconstruction projects (framing, drywall, painting, carpentry) is preferred.
- Experience leading crews and/or as a supervisor is required.
Travel will be required as part of this position. Some work will be in Tampa, FL, some in other parts of Florida and possibly some client projects in other locations across the country. Travel and per diem will be provided. Along the same lines, as this is an emergency response company, hours will not always be standard 8-5, M-F and employees will be part of an on-call schedule.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and be legal to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time, hourly.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience.
