Accounts Receivable / Finance Specialist

• Pay rate up to $35 / hr

Job Summary :

Billing Specialist to assist with all aspects of AR functions within the Finance team.

Job Responsibilities & Duties :

• Accounts Receivable / Finance Specialist reviews / Interprets Client Contracts for billing parameters
• Preparation of contract billing information in Salesforce in advance of sync to Sage Intacct accounting system
• Liaise with Sales team to update contract renewals due for upcoming invoicing
• Calculation / Verification of Fund Administrator quarterly volume billing information
• Maintain quarterly volume billing data in Excel workbooks; reconciliation of Excel revenue to Sage Intacct GL accounts
• Prepare / Generate client invoices in Sage Intacct for email transmission to clients
• Correspond with client contacts to obtain Purchase Order #s for invoicing
• Follow-up with clients as needed for past due invoices (including Dunning notices)
• Prepare weekly AR reports for the CFO and Sales team
• Post daily client collections received in bank accounts
• Maintain correspondence in the Invoices email inbox
• Accounts Receivable / Finance Specialist maintains Cashflow spreadsheet and Commissions database
• Calculation of quarterly commissions to the Sales team
• Other duties as assigned

Required Technical Skills :

Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Personal Skills :

• Excellent organization skills
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written communication skills

Job Qualifications :

• Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Oracle experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of finance work experience
