- Prepare import export documentation for all related material in accordance with governmental and international regulations
- Monitor global storage of critical equipment in accordance with defined MRO requirements
- Interface with stakeholders to ensure required material and services are delivered on-time, complete, and to the required location
- Respond proactively to market changes or business needs.
- Identify ways to improve processes and gain efficiency throughout the supply chain
- Maintain cross functional relationship with internal Engineering and Operations personnel
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications with ability to learn other specific shipping software
- Effectively work and communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization, including complex and/or technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Detailed oriented with close attention to record keeping and electronic filing
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
- Experience dealing with BIS Department of Commerce export controls preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate general warehouse equipment
- Able to work overtime if applicable
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
