This position is responsible for connecting with potential candidates with the intent of scheduling candidates for interviews with our local hiring office. A successful candidate will be a performance driven individual skilled at interacting with the public by phone, text and email. Primary duties & responsibilities consist of:
- Connect with resume job board candidates via phone, text and email.
- Taking inbound calls from candidates
- Reporting results and trends
- Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls
- Continued coaching and training for improved performance
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your own.
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn/adapt to new processes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to speak clearly and with an energetic phone voice.
- Self-motivated team player, goal oriented and driven to succeed.
- Confident and passionate about making a difference.
- Ability to multitask by using technology while listening.
- Dependable work ethic
Required Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service or similar experience (call center experience a plus)
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
