Airport Facility Manager

Globetrotters is seeking an Airport Facility Manager to help provide engineering, maintenance, and construction management services for airport parking facilities.

In this role, you will:

• Manage parking facility repairs and capital projects
• Oversee scheduled maintenance
• Deploy and supervise trades and contracted services personnel
• Forecast project budgeting
• Liaise with the client and vendors
• Enforce safety requirements
• Other duties, as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• 10 or more years of facility management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, but also in a team environment
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar asset management system, a plus
