Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and
reporting systems.
Oversees the entire accounting cycle, including month-end/year-end close, accounts payable/receivable,
payroll accounting, and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for
internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzes financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights for strategic
decision-making.
Manages all bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.

Implements and monitors cash flow strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
Analyzes bank statements and identifies any discrepancies or potential risks.
Develops and implements robust internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company
assets and ensures financial integrity.
Conducts regular reviews and updates to ensure compliance with accounting standards and best
practices.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures and
enforcing internal controls.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by reviewing financial transactions and providing information
to external auditors.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data and creating
reports and preparing budgets.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,
anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising
