What You’ll Do
- Work with Glooko’s Application Program Interfaces (APIs), Software Development Kit (SDK), and user-facing tools to provide integration services to Glooko client and partners
- Work collaboratively with clients/partners as well as internal teams (e.g., Regulatory, Security, Product, etc) to understand, develop, and document requirements for integration
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to provide technical expertise during final sales presentations and ensure teams are included/ informed of the status of integrations in progress
- Address and respond to client and partner issues with the integrations in a timely manner and ensure relevant customer teams and development teams are informed of issues and resolutions
- Manage integration of Glooko into the client and partner healthcare applications (e.g., EHRs) end-to-end
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout integration implementation and for designated clients post-implementation
- Responsible for responses to Technical and Security questionnaires related to the implementation of any portions of the Glooko platform
- Work with the Glooko development team to ensure the Glooko tools, APIs and documentation are adequate for integration with client environments and if they are not, supporting the development of necessary requirements and user stories to drive product improvement
- Provide expertise to other members of the Glooko departments to keep them up-to-date on the integration offerings
- Assist in authoring and editing of knowledge articles, training materials, and manuals as they relate to integrations and the support of them post-implementation

About You
- BA/BS required; Graduate degree preferred
|
- Knowledge of various healthcare applications (EHR, Care Management Platforms, etc.)
- Integration experience with Healthcare Information systems such as EHR applications/systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, and Cerner) with emphasis on clinical data integration
- Experience working with interface engines and clinical or healthcare workflows and/or hands-on experience working with HL7 v2 message types especially ADT, ORU, and ORM
- Knowledge of one or more of Web Services/REST, JSON, XML, and Service-Oriented Architecture
- Ability to communicate technical/security items to non-technical audiences
- A strong sense of urgency, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks
- Project management, ownership, and accountability while delivery on a client’s needs
- At least three (3) years of technical experience in a systems integration or development role
- At least two (2) year of experience in professional services, or implementation role
