Summary
The Administrator, Operations Planning position will obtain information from all GLOVIS entities in the Americas to assist AHQ executives in the oversight of each entity's performance in obtaining customer's objectives (Business Plans).
Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analytics
- Collect, analyze and report service performance data from all GLOVIS entities
- Perform trend analysis on performance data
- Collect information that allows AHQ executives to understand what may be impacting performance
- Investigate, create and suggest corrective actions to AHQ executives
- Secondary
- Prepare formats for reports and teach users how to use them
- Prepare tools for GLOVIS' entities to use for forecasting service performance metrics like wholesale, inventory, etc.
- Work with GLOVIS' entities to help them improve their forecasting and to help them provide better data to its customers
- Lead efforts to automate as much of the service performance tracking as possible
- Strive to standardize data among GLOVIS' entities
- Become the "go-to" team member for AHQ entities data
- Recommend modifications to or additions to service performance monitoring

- Creating PowerPoints, scheduling meetings and conducting meetings
Compensation
$68,000- $74,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, critical thinking, planning, analysis and organizational skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Ability to logically and systematically work through problems required
- Must possess necessary interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different departments and business partners required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 5 - 8Years of Direct Experience in Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and/or KPI Tracking Required
- 6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
- 2 Years of Indirect Experience Required
- 4 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
- Experience in Basic Statistics and Microsoft Software Products Preferred
