What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Glow Med Spa?
Glow Med Spa is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to work 35-40 hours a week at our beautiful Northside and Carytown location!
You will be the FACE and VOICE of one of Glow Med Spa's amazing locations, so exceptional customer service and professionalism is a must. We are looking for someone who is capable of greeting and orientating guests within our spa's facility as well as taking care of the cleaning/stocking needs of the spa.
Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Checking clients in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payment, as well as keeping the lounge, bathrooms and other guest areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. As a front desk coordinator, you will be helping all the Estheticians, Waxing Techs as well as Massage therapists on the team with any questions they have about client history or making changes to schedules when needed. As Spa attendant you will be in charge of flipping rooms and making sure that the spa is on point and the therapists have what they need.
This position requires someone who enjoys moving quickly, can multi task as well as take on a high level of responsibility with a sense of ease all while looking professional at our front desk.
At times, you may be scheduled at the front desk of one of our sister locations, so having reliable transportation is required. Our hours of operations are 10-7 Mon through Fri and 10-5 on Saturdays.
A professional phone voice and appearance is a requirement for this position.
