Job description
We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our organization as an Appointment Scheduler and an assistant to a account executive. As part of our team, you schedule appointments for clients, assist in managing an executive’s schedule and perform various data entry tasks necessary to manage the customer database. We operate with a high volume of client and prospect requests, meaning you must be well organized and able to multitask. Our ideal candidate has excellent phone and communication skills, as well as experience with electronic database records and social media platforms.
