Responsibilities
About the role
The Supplier Management Analyst I is responsible for the administration and relationship of corporate suppliers. This position reports on the performance of suppliers. The position evaluates new suppliers, negotiates contracts and selects the best supplier for the company. The position recommends changes to improve processes and procedures. The Supplier Management Analyst II ensures all policy requirements are met.
Qualifications

- Perform review of and negotiate contracts for corporate suppliers
- Review and report on supplier performance
- Verify and allocate supplier invoice charges
- Monitor vendor compliance of supplier's including Service Level Agreements
- Be the central liaison between the supplier and the internal business unit for communication and relationship management to assist in resolving supplier related issues
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and assist with RFP solicitations
- Produce well-documented processes and procedures for supplier functions
- Maintain the accuracy of the supplier profile and records within management database
- Ability to perform comprehensive analysis on costs and benefits of project proposals
- Must have the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Good business, planning and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 0-2 years in a Supplier Management Department, Purchasing Department or functionally related area required
