The Lead Telemarketing Specialist (LTS) will be responsible to perform sales training, educate and implement sales strategies, reviewing call quality. The LTS will be responsible with performing outbound calls collected from Marketing initiatives and answering incoming calls from Managed Care prospects, patients, families and other callers for all Gonzaba Medical Group (GMG) clinics. The LTS must be Bilingual, Sales Driven, Sales Knowledge, Sales Background, Results Driven, Customer Service.

The LTS must be expected to implement sales strategies, train and educate tele sales team, and handle customer complaints by addressing any questions or needs regarding GMG. The LTS responsibilities will be to contact prospective clients via telephone and determine if potential prospects/patients might be interested in our services and then scheduling an appointment for our Field Marketer Representative to meet with each client.
DUTIES:
1. Assisting with recruiting in new sales staff
2. Training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other stales staff, and monitoring the team’s sales performance.
3. Solving customer complaints and answering customer’s questions.
4. Writing and creating reports for Sales Manager
5. Assisting with the educating of new services and assisting to maximize sales targets.
6. Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among staff.
Education and Experience:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
2. Strong Sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
3. Strong Leadership abilities
4. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
5. At least 2 years experience in Healthcare
6. At least 2 years experience in Tele Sales/Telemarketing
Computer Skills:
Standard computer skills required. Skilled in use of fax machine, copier. Knowledge of Word Processing software, database and spreadsheet software (Excel and Access) and Internet software. Knowledge of business intelligence applications.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct personnel reports but responsible for managing key relationships within the organization.
Work Environment: Depending upon the area assigned, may be 100% clinical setting or office setting in a clinical environment. Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment. On-site work outside. Works in conditions of heat, cold, wet, dust, rain. Occasional evening or weekend work.
Physical Demands: Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs. Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
