Duties:
- Utilize ADP, to input and maintain employee data, run reports, process payroll and administration of benefits.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR or related role
- Proficient in ADP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
