As a member of the Cisco Account Team, the Account Director will lead the project and team, and serve as the primary client point of contact - having full ownership of program deliverables from planning to execution for Cisco’s global B2B VIP hospitality program, ensuring the highest standards are met. The Account Director will have one or more direct reports and will guide the team through all steps of the planning and execution journey. This may include:

REQUIRED SKILLS
Hospitality & Event Management. Strategic development and execution of a VIP and/or B2B hospitality program with a strong focus on creating a white glove, high touch, memorable guest experience.
Client Management. Main point of contact for the contact where you will lead weekly calls and client update meetings, creating PPT presentations, presenting to senior level clients and assisting in creating strategic documents.
Leadership. You will manage a small team and have the ability to coach and provide regular feedback.
Cross Collaboration. Integration and management of GMR internal resource teams, including creative teams, procurement, finance, staffing, warehouse, and Global Event Operations
Time Management & Organizational Skills. Implementing a structured, consistent and efficient execution process across all program elements, including detailed project plans and timelines. Highly detailed and organized with the ability to work quickly and with exceptionally high standards.
Travel. Ability to travel internationally for site visits and onsite event execution period (July/August 2024) if needed.
